Exchange and Return Policy

At Emabella Fashion, we want you to love your pieces as much as we love creating them. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, don't worry! We accept exchanges and returns under the following conditions:

Conditions for Exchanges or Returns:

1. You may request an exchange or return within 12 days of your purchase.
2. Items must be in perfect condition, unworn, and with their original tags.
3. Items on special sale or discounted products are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
4. Only one exchange transaction (e.g., for size) is allowed per purchase.

About the Refund and Exchange Process:

1. Exchanges or store credits will only be processed once the original merchandise has been shipped back, its condition verified, and the request approved.
2. We do not offer cash refunds.
3. Instead, we provide store credit equivalent to the value of your purchase.
4. Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue, so you can take your time to find something you truly love.
5. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with the exchange or return process.
